David, CMO of PropertyRadar has had an interesting career.
Early on, he developed a curiosity for human behavior working in his father’s Ski Shop in Colorado serving tourists.
His father was a nuclear scientist. NO, LITERALLY A NUCLEAR SCIENTIST so he comes from some pretty brainy stock.
Recruited to University of Nevada for the Ski Team with a scholarship, David took advantage of his time there and earned dual degrees in Finance & Economics.
He spends as much time as he can in the great outdoors. Aside from skiing, he can be found climbing & cycling in the the high Sierras.
Despite his formal training, David ended up in the “Tech” industry. He has co-founded and assisted with multiple start-ups which saw great success and were then of course, ACQUIRED.
PropertyRadar is well known in the Real Estate Industry. It was formerly ForeclosureRadar which was the ultimate tool for Real Estate Investors.
But David and CEO & Founder, Sean O’Toole stumbled onto something that is a game changer for many types of local businesses outside of the real estate space. The data & information that Real Estate Investors & Agents love is also valuable for lots of other small businesses.
They have expanded their platform to cater to all Small Business who provides services & products to home and property owners.
In addition to Real Estate Professionals, PropertyRadar serves a growing base of Contractors, Landscapers, Solar Providers, & even Non-Profits as he discusses on the show.
PropertyRadar aims to level the playing field for Small Businesses to compete against the big guys in the same way that its predecessor, ForeClosureRadar allowed the “Mom & Pop” real estate investors to compete with the big banks and corporations.
With its extremely affordable price-point, Property Radar has fully positioned themselves as the Under-Dog’s Champion.
If you own a small business, Property Radar is the Game Changer that will pour gasoline on your marketing!
